26 January 2024- A Waynesboro man is facing multiple felonies after being accused of providing the drugs that killed another borough man last year. Dustin Lynn Weaver is charged with felony drug delivery resulting in death, felony delivery of a controlled substance, and felony criminal use of a communications facility. Weaver failed to post bail of $250,000 bail.
