ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) — Albemarle County residents have a chance to weigh in on a proposed truck restriction on Plan Road. The Virginia Department of Transportation says the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors is considering such a restriction on Plank Road between Monacan Trail and Rockfish Gap Turnpike.
