CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) — The Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA is celebrating Valentine’s Day this weekend by reducing adoption fees for select animals from Friday through Tuesday. During the “Looking for Love” special, adopters of these select pets will choose a valentine to reveal a reduced rate of up to 75% off.
