HIGHLAND SPRINGS, Va.– Dillon Newton-Short opened a few eyes during the Richmond Showcase on Thursday evening. The Chesterfield (Va.) Matoaca receiver displayed his skills in front of about 50 college coaches from several programs at Highland Springs High School. One of those programs represented at the event was the University of Virginia.
