Two Northern Virginia men were killed in a Sunday morning plane crash in Fluvanna County about 20 miles from Charlottesville, state police say. At 8:54 a.m., 911 dispatchers received calls from residents in the 200 block of Miles Jackson Road in Palmyra concerning a low-flying plane and then what sounded like an explosion.
