WAYNESBORO, Va. (WHSV) – Dustin Allen Dove is accused of injuring and killing Seth Wallace, a 22-year-old man, in Waynesboro on May 25. During Dove’s hearing Tuesday, the Waynesboro General District Judge heard from both the Waynesboro’s Commonwealth’s Attorney’s office and Dove about the complexity of this case. Though this case is in the early stages, the death of Wallace changes how the prosecution looks at the case.
