The Waynesboro Planning Commission recommended approval of zoning amendments to allow for cottage court housing in the city at its meeting on Tuesday night. The 7-0 vote came after a presentation by City Planner Alisande Tombarge and a public hearing with one Augusta County developer expressing support for the concept. No residents spoke in opposition to the zoning amendments recommended by staff.
