UVA officially terminates Kappa Sigma’s Fraternal Organization Agreement

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – The University of Virginia has officially terminated Kappa Sigma’s Fraternal Organization Agreement, or FOA. This comes after a nearly seven-month investigation found hazing took place at the fraternity. Kappa Sigma was first suspended last February when a student was hospitalized after an alleged hazing event.
