CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – This first week of Fall is unsettled and wet. Daily chances for showers and a few storms. The end of the week and start to the weekend, may also include tropical moisture from a developing storm, which is forecast to become Hurricane Helene. A couple of slow-moving fronts nearby this week, will bring on and off showers and possibly a few storms through the midweek. Temperatures will remain below average and the humidity high this week.
