ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – A proposed event center and restaurant in the Massanutten area was back on the Rockingham County Board of Supervisor’s agenda last night. The project, which would also include a craft brewery and restaurant, was tabled at the Board’s meeting earlier this month after residents near the proposed site on Resort Drive spoke against it. County staff also voiced concerns about a lack of access for emergency vehicles on site.
