CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Recent data from the U.S. Census Bureau shows in 2023 median gross rent prices across the country increased the most since 2011. The data also shows, for the first time since 2013, the gross cost of rent increased at a rate higher than median home values.
