CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) — A Charlottesville resident has been arrested in connection with a shooting that occurred near IX Art Park in September. The Charlottesville Police Department says 18-year-old Kaijon Cortez Sholes was arrested Friday in connection with the Sept. 9 incident in the area of Second Street SE and Monticello Avenue.
