ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) — Two people are now facing charges in connection with a shooting that occurred last month. The Albemarle County Police Department reports Jakai J. Mulford and Rico Lamont Walker, Jr., both 18-year-old residents of Charlottesville, have been arrested in what is being called a gang-related incident.
