UVA getting shuttered federal building is a ‘setback’ for Charlottesville Schools

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Charlottesville City Schools was shocked to learn Friday the U.S. Department of Education would backtrack its decision to turn over the coveted Federal Executive Institute property to the school district.

Instead, University of Virginia appears poised to get the property.
