NELSON COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — The Nelson County Sheriff’s Office is shedding new light on a perplexing murder case involving a naked man found dead on a tractor.
Investigators have arrested Katelynn Hipes in connection with the death of Kevin Small, who was discovered shot and killed on Serenity Trail in April.
