CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Chaps Ice Cream celebrates 40 years of scooping ice cream at the Downtown Mall.
“We’re using the same recipes, same ingredients,” said Rhys Aglio, manager at Chaps Ice Cream. “[We’re] trying to keep the vibe the same and provide the same ice cream that everyone seems to love.”
