A plea agreement accepted in Orange County Circuit Court on June 30, 2025 by Presiding Judge David B. Franzen will allow an Orange woman to escape a felony conviction if she can avoid additional charges for the next two years.
Judge Franzen informed Candace Kay Jenkins she faced 20 years in prison for her convictions of obtaining and using a credit card and 12 months in jail for petit larceny.
