CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Charlottesville Public Works is alerting the public about a week early about construction work associated around the new Ivy Road high-rise that will affect travel lands next weekend. The city advises permitted construction work will occur within the westbound lanes of Ivy Road west of Copeley Road between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Friday, July 18 and Sunday, July 20.
