CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – After more than a decade in storage, Charlottesville is thinking about putting old solar panels removed from Charlottesville High School back to work.
The panels aren’t exactly cutting-edge technology anymore, but they could still have plenty of use. They might be right for powering things like small park buildings or community spaces.
