Waynesboro man arrested for alleged brandishing

FISHERSVILLE VA (Rocktown Now) — On Friday, July 11, deputies from the Augusta County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported disturbance on J. Ranch Lane in Fishersville.

Deputies found that a verbal altercation occurred between the parties regarding a business transaction.

James Y. Have, 51-years-old, of Waynesboro followed the victims to their residence, removed their mailbox from the post, and initiated a confrontation. Have reportedly brandished a firearm before leaving the area in his vehicle once more people showed up on the scene…
