CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – After withholding nearly $500,000 the U.S. Department of Education has released those funds to Charlottesville City Schools.
A spokesperson with the school division said a message went out to staff and parents on Monday, July 28, announcing the $417,000 previously withheld from Charlottesville Schools was released.
