CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – An extended break from the Summer’s heat and high humidity will continue this week. Temperatures remaining below average for early August. This week, we are caught between high pressure to our north and disturbed weather from a possible developing storm offshore of the Carolina coast. This will still keep us mostly cloudy with some chances for showers through the mid-week. Overall rain amounts for us look to remain light.
