A new ice cream shop, aptly named, has opened in Madison.
Samantha and Josh Hilton had a ribbon cutting ceremony with Madison County Economic and Tourism Director Tracey Gardner and the Madison County Chamber of Commerce, Friday. The Hiltons were flanked by kids of the community who helped paint the walls of the facility located at 1171 N. Main Street next to Piedmont Deli.
