SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Va. (7News) — An Orange, Virginia, man reportedly went viral for shouting racial slurs at an African-American woman in July, and is now facing charges in Spotsylvania County, Virginia, according to the county’s sheriff’s office on Friday.
Deputies said the video showed Randolph Richards, 62, yelling racial slurs from his truck towards a woman in another vehicle along Plank Road on July 23. Richards was allegedly caught carrying out the act in a post made on social media, according to the sheriff’s office.
