Food pantries in Central Virginia hospitals quietly support patients in need

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – The burden of keeping food on the table is too high for many families, and for some, eating healthy foods is just not doable.

Doctors and healthcare providers are joining the fight to improve food security.
