CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – UVA has noticed an increase in part-time job scam emails. If someone were to fall for these emails, it could steel information from them or even money.
“Certainly you don’t want to lose money, you don’t want to fall victim to any type of scheme or scam. So, it’s really important to know what these types of threats may look like so you don’t lose any money and so that you’re protected and that your information is safe,” said Bethanie Glover, Deputy University Spokesperson.
