STAUNTON, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Staunton Sheriff’s Office reports the community is receiving scam phone calls.
The phone calls are coming from someone saying they are the Staunton Sheriff and that they missed jury duty and now owe a specific amount of money to avoid going to jail.
