WAYNESBORO, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Waynesboro woman charged following a fatal crash earlier this year has reached a plea deal with prosecutors.
According to online records, Brianca Elaine Estes pled guilty to five charges during a hearing Wednesday afternoon in Waynesboro Circuit Court. Prosecutors decided not to pursue a sixth charge.
Among the charges Estes admitted to include three felony counts of driving while intoxicated causing serious injury, one felony count of aggravated involuntary manslaughter, and one misdemeanor count of DWI drugs.
