CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – There is currently a large police presence in the 3800 block of Scottsville Road while law enforcement searches for a suspect who may be armed.
The suspect is described as a Black male in their teens wearing a black hoodie, black shorts, and carrying a two-tone black backpack.
