Meanwhile, we are tracking an area of low pressure to our southeast. Showers will develop after midnight. Steadier rain and breezy conditions will be on tap Tuesday, and Wednesday. Because of the overcast, and rain, temperatures will be trending much cooler, with highs in the 60s, and 70s.
