Welding/Electricity Academy coming soon in former Waugh Enterprises building

Thursday morning, flanked with Town of Orange officials, Lee and Elfrida Swaby had a soft opening of their new welding retail shop in the basement of the former Waugh Enterprises Harley-Davidson building in the town.
