Needless to say, I’m a bit behind on my summaries of property transactions in Charlottesville. Since January 2021, I’ve gone through each sale to try to better understand the structure of this community. These days I have to fit the work in when I can.
I am not a real estate agent. I am not a developer. I’m a journalist who has written about land use in this community for over two decades. I still have a lot to learn and my goal is to share it with as many people as I can.
