HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) – More information is coming to light about what led federal immigration officers to arrest a Harrisonburg resident on North Valley Pike earlier this week.
Jaykie Jazmine Funez-Andrade was detained by Homeland Security agents while driving her teenage daughter to school on Monday. That arrest was captured by Funez-Andrade’s daughter in a now viral video.
