HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — It is 10 years in jail for the Harrisonburg man charged in a shooting last year on North Main Street in Harrisonburg.
Alexander Ramos Perez reached a plea deal with prosecutors back in July and pleaded guilty to a pair of felony charges, including malicious assault.
A judge then sentenced the 23-year-old Ramos Perez to 40 years in prison with 30 of those years suspended during a hearing Friday afternoon in Rockingham County Circuit Court. That is according to online records…
