CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – New data from the Virginia Public Access Project shows voter turnout varied significantly by neighboring localities in the Charlottesville area. Overall, more than 53% of eligible voters cast ballots.
The turnout represents the second highest for a gubernatorial race in more than two decades, falling just short of the 2021 race that elected current Governor Glenn Youngkin.
