Nelson County Board of Supervisors to Discuss Budget, Water Rates, and Battery Storage Projects at November 13 Meeting

The Nelson County Board of Supervisors will hold its regular meeting on November 13, 2025. The meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the General District Courtroom at the courthouse in Lovingston. The agenda includes a moment of silence, the Pledge of Allegiance, approval of previous meeting minutes, and a fiscal year 2026 budget amendment.

Presentations are scheduled from the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), the Central Virginia Partnership for Economic Development (CVPED), and the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission (TJPDC). Speakers will include Helen Cauthen, Katie Dulaney, and David Blount. Ryan McKay and Jen Fleisher from the Virginia Department of Health will present the 2025 MAPP2Health Report.
