CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – CASPCA is giving families affected by food hardships pet food to ensure families and their pets are fed during the holidays.
CASPCA development manager, Lauren Kroehn says that donations keep that possible, but are a short-term solution while the shelter searches for a long-term fix.
