CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Downtown Charlottesville’s Grand Illumination holiday celebration has been canceled due to weather.
The City canceled the Friday, December 5, event out of concern for the safety of attendees and participants amid winter weather conditions, according to a City of Charlottesville new release.
