CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – The National Weather Service has declared a winter weather advisory for the Charlottesville and Albemarle County areas for Monday from 5 a.m. until 5 p.m. The forecast calls for snow, with accumulations of 1-3 inches locally and up to 4 inches possible along the Blue Ridge Mountains, according to an NWS announcement posted Sunday.
Nelson and Augusta County are also included in the advisory.
