CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – The Paul and Diane Manning Institute of Biotechnology at the University of Virginia has named Mark Weathers as its First Chief Operating Officer.
“Mark really brings three key things to the table,” said Chief Scientific Officer and Head of the Manning Institute Mark T. Esser. “One is just his leadership — he’s definitely a team builder.
