CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Good morning. It’s a pleasant start to our day. We’ll see plenty of sunshine, and above normal temperatures. A warm front to our southwest will track north. Clouds will thicken and a few rain showers will move into the region Christmas morning. Once the showers move out, we’ll see mostly cloudy sky for the rest of the day. Meanwhile, temperatures turn much colder on Friday, with periods of rain and pockets of sleet. Conditions warm back into he 50s this weekend, however, temperatures will trend much colder next week.
