ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WVIR) – A Charlottesville man is behind bars after a Christmas shooting in Albemarle County.
Officers determined that the shooter, 46-year-old Ronald Keith Shifflet, and the victim knew each other and the incident was not random.
