In Orange County Circuit Court on Tuesday, Nathan Daniel Loflin, of Orange, pled guilty to a felony charge of conspiracy to fraudulently obtain welfare in the form of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits for his then girlfriend and now wife, April Elizabeth Bates Loflin.
In November April Loflin pled guilty for unlawfully receiving those SNAP benefits from 2022 through 2023.
