Serious consequences in Orange Circuit Court for a small shopping spree with stolen credit cards \

On Tuesday, 22-year-old Orange resident Richard Wayne Green Jr., appeared in Orange County Circuit Court represented by Fredericksburg attorney Jamie B. Walker to enter guilty pleas for three felony credit card fraud charges.

The maximum punishment for these charges alone could total 75 years in prison, but Brown also has three more substantive charges awaiting arraignment — misdemeanor contempt of court as well as felony failure to appear and probation violation charges.
