CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Road closures are coming soon near the Verve, the apartment building that will house 1,300 University of Virginia students when its construction is complete.
Drivers can expect closures and modifications over night at Jefferson Park Avenue in the northbound lanes January 11-15.
