Trees and Madison’s court system

It began with trees – two to be precise. They were mature, tall, and provided food and shelter for wildlife and enjoyment for their owners.

That was, until a next-door neighbor decided to cut both down, without permission, and take the wood to his property.

Both lots are less than 1.5 acres in size, in a Residential (R1) zoned property, and in the village of Wolftown in Madison County…
