CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Convicted killer Jens Soering and his attorney have filed a petition for a writ of actual innocence before the Court of Appeals of Virginia.
They’re asking the court to vacate Soering’s convictions for murders of Derek and Nancy Haysom in 1985.
