On Friday, February 13, 2026, the former at-large board of supervisor member in Greene County filed a Writ of Mandamus civil suit with the clerk of the circuit court seeking the circuit court judge “to recognize [Francis Xavier McGuigan, MD] as the lawful, continuing At-Large Member of the Greene County Board of Supervisors and to perform the ministerial duties with that recognition.”
