The Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) is reminding residents to stay alert for utility scams during National Consumer Protection Week (March 1–7). Scammers may call pretending to collect payments, but ACSA representatives will never accept payments by phone. All payments should be made through the secure vendor Paymentus.
Customers should verify that emails come from @serviceauthority.org and check that their account information is correct.
