When individuals and businesses drop brush and other vegetative material off at the Ivy Solid Waste and Recycling Center, the organic matter is converted into a useful garden supply.
“Trees, shrubs, and brush are processed and ground to create a high-quality mulch that is naturally colored and free of artificial dyes,” reads an information release sent out today.
